Beat slicer controlled via an ALSA MIDI connection and the JACK transport from Florent Berthaut. A selection of features from the website:
- Multi-inputs (realtime selection of the input using MIDI CC)
- Multi-outputs (realtime selection of the slice output using MIDI CC)
- MIDI controllable slice frequency
- Reverse mode
- Reload/reset function (no need to restart the program when editing the .tra file)
Currently the .tra files (configuration files in an XML format) need to be edited by hand. Plans exist to create a GUI patch editing facility.
